SENTRY Accounts (accounts.sentry.red) is the unified sign-in service operated by SENTRY Security. This page explains what data we process in order to provide sign-in and account management.

Data we collect

• Account basics: email address, display name and profile picture (the latter only if a third-party sign-in provider supplies it).
• Authentication and security data: password hashes, passkey public keys, a summary of each signed-in device (browser, operating system, approximate region) and security event records.
• Organization relationships: the organizations you belong to and your role in them (owner, admin, member or guest).

How we use it

We use this data only to verify your identity, sign you in to SENTRY products, protect your account (detecting unusual sign-ins and supporting device revocation) and govern organization membership. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party sign-in

When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only the identifier, email address and basic profile data that provider supplies, and use them to create and match your SENTRY account.

Retention and deletion

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. You can request account deletion from the account centre; the account and its related data are permanently deleted after a 14-day grace period.
